Eight Tips:
- Base your meals on starchy foods.
- Eat lots of fruits and veg.
- Cut down on saturated fasts and sugar.
- Eat more fish.
- Try to eat less salt.
- Get active; try to be at a healthy weight.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Don’t skip breakfast.
