Make your own sports drinks!

Make your own isotonic sports drinks –

Fresh Juice
Juice from 1 fresh orange, lemon or lime
1 L (0,26 gallons) water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar

Made with Kool-Aid
2 quarts water
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt
1 pkg unsweetened Kool-Aid

Imitation Gatorade
1 package unsweetened Kool Aid (any flavor)
2 quarts water
1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup orange juice

Sugar (glucose) source: table sugar, honey,
brown rice syrup, Agave nectar or Stevia
