Yeah I never skip breakfast. I’m a very early riser and like to get up around 5-6 in the morning. The second I wake up I have to eat my breakfast to get my energy for the morning and day early on. It just helps me focus more.

I am glad I was a military man, this was part of our daily routine. The better you take care of your body, the better you will live and you will be happier. it does make a difference to have good tips and live by them.

My number one struggle is getting away from the sodas. I need more water in my system!! It is hard to change, but I am slowly working on it.

They make carbonated water drinks if that would help. Propel is also a good choice if you don’t like plain water. When you get rid of the soda you’ll notice some changes. You’ll start to lose weight, have an increased thirst, which water can quench, possible headaches from caffeine and sugar withdrawal, but after it’s all done you’ll feel better and look better too.

I love breakfast, these tips are very informative, learning so much by watching this video, I need to get more physically active, need more dietary fiber, love fish, eat too much salt on my food, but going to work on achieve this!

This list is hard for me. I never eat breakfast, I drink on a coke all day, I can’t stand fish and physical activity…..I run around all day long at one if not both jobs, but I can’t seem to loose any weight

I am actually starting this now! so cool to actually see a video on it and get some true motivation on this. The hardest thing for me to get past is drinking more water vs soda….that has been the hardest challenge for me.
