Make homemade pizza with low fat flour tortilla, add low fat cheese, Lean ham, Canadian bacon, left over chicken, turkey.  Make your own or buy low fat, low sodium sauce.

Make tasty lasagna with low fat cottage cheese, lean chicken, or go vegetarian with mixed colorful vegetables. Use whole grain lasagna noodles for added goodness.

Cook fresh or frozen vegetables with 99% low fat broth.  You add the flavor without using added fat from margarine. This idea works great with mashed potatoes too.

Buy low fat flour tortilla, bake over 2 rods (part of your rack) in the oven to make Taco shells, or cut into bite size bake 400 degrees until crispy.
