High counts of sodium can be very bad to your health. I didn’t realize how many things that I consume is high in sodium. I agree with Georges cook your food; instead of using canned food.

Excess of Sodium might triggered type 2 diabete, and more. It is one of the most powerful electrolytes in the human body. Actually our intake must not be upper than 2300 mg/d. One more time that reminded us to cook our food instead of eating canned food.

sodium is important but to much of it can cause issues. I did now tomatoe sauces and canned foods has alot of sodium. You can cut back on sodium by using less table salt. Using fresh herbs and seasons.
