I am AMAZED at how much magnesium can do. There’s so many things health wise that it can help with!
I didn’t know magnesium was also so important to one’s health. If I take all the supplements discussed in the videos I wouldn’t have any sick days or possibly need health insurance. lol.. According to the video, if you are dificient in magnesium you double your chances in dying. Magnesium cures symptoms and illnesses such as: constipation by consuming milk of magnesia or liquid magnesium citrate, or preterm labor/ high blood pressure or seizure during pregnancy doctors administer high doses of magnesium.
Even though magnesium is not considered a drug, it is believed to relieve stress and is the antidote and a relaxation mineral. Magnesium is known as “a miracle drug” because it can cure health problems such as: tight irritable bowels, migranes, mood swings, asthma, muscle cramps, sense of loud noise, ADD, autism, heart failure, and many more.
Magnesium is responsible for over 300 enzyme reactions. Magnesium has to be replaced. Magnesium becomes deficent by drinking alcohol, sweating, cola and salt. To replenish magnesium certain foods should be consumed such as: brown rice, pecans, almonds, wheat germ, wheat bran, collard greens and buckwheat.
Magnesium can also be replenished by taking magnesium supplements. There is a recommended 300 minimum unit daily per day. Wow. Magnesium, very benefical.
I’m surprised that magnesium plays such a big role in relaxation. We’ve all placed magnesium to milk of magnesia to “relax” the bowels and never considered it to help with other parts of our body. I didn’t realize how much magnesium is placed throughout your body.
It is hard to believe that a magnesium deficiency could cause you so many problems like stress, headaches, migraines, or lead to obesity. I did not know that they used magnesium to help people with an array of ailments in the emergency room such as seizures in pregnancy. Magnesium can really be called the miracle mineral because you can use it for anything.
I may need some magnesium!!! I need something for relaxation and/or a boost!!! I didnt realize how many ppl may have a deficiency! Well I guess we all need it!
I definitely agree with him. I’ve also heard that magnesium aids in the absorption of calcium.
hmm a stress reliever in magnesium!? I need this! I’ve never been one to take vitamins or suppliments but now I’m anxious to look into them.
I have such a hard time falling asleep and I am now hopeful that maybe this…the miricale mineral, will help. I am wound up pretty tight all the time and love the thought of something my body needs anyway, having a relaxing effect. I am so curious to see if this is at least part of my problem. Again, I find that I am so curious as to why these simple things are not better known. I am a fan of nuts and do use them as a snack so perhaps I get some, but all the other things, coffee, and alcohol proberbly make me lose the little that I have. I am so excited to go out and get all these supplements I have been missing out on. The foods that he listed that are good for you I actually like, well, I have never tried sea kelp but nuts and brown rice and avocado I can handle and enjoy anyway. I will never give up coffee though! I looovvveeeee coffee, very strong coffee!
I have been trying Magnesium Glycinate 400mg for headaches and help with blood pressure – so far it is effective.
Warning: they are “horse pills” mine are anyway.
I’m also trying Magnesium to help me relax and sleep better. It’s really too soon to tell but I’m seeing other benefits mentioned here.
By watching the videos it proves that often good health is only a matter of eating a healthy diet and taking the necessary vitamins and supplements. I believe that there are a lot of people taking medicationstoday that would not have to if they had been more aware of their diets and vitamin needs. The list of symptoms that magnesium can help is long. I have not taken vitamins in years but after watching the video may start again.
I have also tried to start taking vitamins daily since watching these videos. The videos make a lot of sense after you think about how easy it would be just to alter your diet or your routine to help save yourself from being more prone for diseases. It is also beneficial to make changes to lead a longer healthy life.
I take vitamins also but after watching these videos I never knew how each vitamin plays another role in helping another vitamin.
I did’nt know that Magniesum was so vital for out body to function.
never would have imagined that epsom salt was a mag.
I know that I would rather spend 15.00 or 20.00 on magniesum supplements and change my diet a little bit, rather than to get a lack of it and go to the hospital and spend thousands on something that I could have spent less on thats for sure. I wonder if it would help out the brain cells?
Wow all these videos have opened my eyes to a lot of things, Yes I agree something for stress I am all for!!! But these vitamins do way more than what I was aware of and I give my children vitamins and dont myself, from here on out we all will take our daily vitamin…
I did’nt realize that it helped to relieve stress… I don’t take vitamins either but I think I am going to start.. I would rather spend a little and not have to worry about the dr bills then to go and have them give me what I already knew I needed and then charge out the roof prices.
I didn’t know that magnesium was so beneficial to health. These videos have been a great resource for learning about issues related to health and nutrition.
The videos have been a great resource and prove that supplements are needed and do not have to cost a lot of money. The videos also prove that you do need to research which supplements to buy in order to make sure they contain the necessary ingrediants.
Wow that is amazing how much magnesium can actually do. Somebody get me some of this stuff. Listening it makes me think of a wonder drug. Magnesium is used everywhere and for a lot of stuff including stress. I know next fall having me some magnesium would help out with my stress levels.
I agree. Anything that can help with stress is definitely something I would consider!
I had no clue that magnesium could do so much in your body. In the video he listed about 25 of the most common health problems in our society that could be solved by magnesium. I think we should all take at least 400mg a day of some sort of magnesium supplement a day.
I agree 400mg is good but sometimes I’m so stressed out I feel like I could take 800mg if that would help.
I’m with you…make mine a double! I was surprised to hear about milk of magnesia. We took that when we had “tummy problems” when we were kids. I never thought about it being magnesium but I do know it will clean you out! I think it’s funny some of the random effects like the fact that it will also relax you…how did we learn which vitamins and which minerals did what? I mean seeing as the effects seem so unrelated.
Same here. Some days I think 1000mg would do just the trick
