Lobster can be a healthier addition to your diet. Like the narrator said, “Skip the butter.” The lobster can help reduce the cholesterol in the blood stream. I was amazed that it help “boost your mood and mental peformance.” It is high in Amino Acids. (tyrosine) A lobster needs to be prepared the same day you buy it. Doesn’t get much fresher than that.
