I’ve tried fish oil pills and thought I was going to die! I hate the smell of fish and I smelled it all the time. I know i need the Omega 3’s but i’ll just have to find another way to get them

I didn’t know Omega 3 was good for the heart. And is good for rumethoid arthirtis and depression and skitzophrenia. wow!!!That’s crazy. Fish oil and Omega 3 is also good for crhoms’s diease heart diease and major depression, it also benefits lupus, migranes, moms eat more DHA it is good for the infants, increase intake retina benefits. It is also good for Diabetes. Fish Oil and Omega 3 has very low risk for side effects. Fish oil supplements does not contain mercury. This is a wonderful supplement.

Omega 3 is so important for healthy eye development in children. Omega 3 fatty acids have tons of health advantages.

I’ve taken a fish oil pill before and it was very gross. I eat fish about every other day whether its some that I caught or at a restruante. That is one part of my diet that I should never be defecient in.

Ive never taken fish oil pills. The thought of them always seemed icky! But I have heard that the are really good for you.

I want to take care of my heart I don’t like fish and I dont want to smell like a fish if I take the supplements so hopefully with all the research I plan on doing for the healthy eating I can find a better way to get Omega 3 for me and my children I didnt know that it helped with their thinking wow what a vitamin can do for you !!!

The omega3 is very important to our good health. People with heart problems take fish oil to help lower cholestoral. As the video explained it also will help people with diabetes, migraines, depression. Very important that everyone should have omega3.

I had to take some fish oil pills when I was younger or I was talked into it I should say. They weren’t the most pleasant thing I’ve ever done but the thing is I like fish so I don’t have anything to worry about when it comes to that. I’m always eating fish in the summer. No wonder I’ve never depressed when fishing season comes around but that might be just because I’m getting to fish. Thats a really long list for things that Omega 3 helps. Thats crazy that it has been suggested to help the liver, eyes and even diabetes. The best part is NO SIDE EFFECTS!

I don’t eat fish and I have the worst time remembering to take my vitamins. I didn’t know that Omega 3 was so helpful on all these different conditions.

My grandmother takes fish oil pills everyday for her heart condition and it seems to help her.

Ew. I tried taking those fish oil pills or whatever they were, and I couldn’t take them. I grossed myself out thinking about them and I don’t like the smell of fish. If there was a different sourse of Omega 3 I could take that but fish is icky. :p This was a good video 5/5 for having an Asian! 🙂

I see that Omega 3 is very helpful. I don’t like fish tho.
and don’t like the smell either so it’s going to be hard for me to take it.
I might need to take the more expensive type that don’t smell as much.

Is the only why to get Omega 3 fatty acids through supplements and fish oil? Is there a fruit or vegetable that contains Omega 3s? I never knew that Omega 3s could help so many ailments like diabetes, depression, and migraines. I sometimes suffer from migraines, and I think I might try increasing my Omega 3s and see if it makes a difference. I always learn some new fact that could help end some of my problems when I watch these videos.

I have been trying Magnesium Glycinate 400mg for headaches and help with blood pressure – so far it is effective.
Warning: they are “horse pills” mine are anyway.

I tried the same thing. Didn’t help me at all! Mine were horse pills too. YUCK!
