Wow. Very instructional video. I learned what tempature my refriderator and freezer should be in order to store the meat. I never stopped to think about the amount of fat some meats have in it. I know what to look for when I go shopping again.
In the lean and green meal, a person can opt to prepare his own meal with his choice of lean meat and vegetables.
