Yeah I never skip breakfast. I’m a very early riser and like to get up around 5-6 in the morning. The second I wake up I have to eat my breakfast to get my energy for the morning and day early on. It just helps me focus more.

My number one struggle is getting away from the sodas. I need more water in my system!! It is hard to change, but I am slowly working on it.

They make carbonated water drinks if that would help. Propel is also a good choice if you don’t like plain water. When you get rid of the soda you’ll notice some changes. You’ll start to lose weight, have an increased thirst, which water can quench, possible headaches from caffeine and sugar withdrawal, but after it’s all done you’ll feel better and look better too.

This list is hard for me. I never eat breakfast, I drink on a coke all day, I can’t stand fish and physical activity…..I run around all day long at one if not both jobs, but I can’t seem to loose any weight

I am actually starting this now! so cool to actually see a video on it and get some true motivation on this. The hardest thing for me to get past is drinking more water vs soda….that has been the hardest challenge for me.
